Booking & Service Terms

Services purchased through Hunks4hire are always quoted individually and additional terms are also stated individually. Ie. if you book a Male stripper you will be asked to guarantee that the party is all female. If you purchase the service and the model turns up to a party different to this, the model would be within their rights to refuse the service and your deposit would not be refunded. The same applies if your venue is not appropriate (i.e. not private or not indoors).

By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to our full Terms & Conditions quoted individually, as well as to the Terms & Conditions listed on this page.

It is a company policy that any model or teacher, male or female, has the right to leave a job at any time if they feel unsafe or the above terms and conditions of booking are not met. In this case any monies paid will not be refunded.

In the rare case that a model cannot attend a party that has been booked and no other model can be found to cover the party, Hunks4hire will issue the client a full refund of any deposit paid to us.

The remaining balance of your quoted party, after subtracting the deposit, is due either on or before the day of the party, before the party begins. If the balance is not paid before the start of the party, our staff will not be able to proceed with your booking and any deposit associated with the booking will be forfeit.

Party services booked though us and cancelled by the client prior to 7 days out will be credited to the value of the deposit. Parties cancelled with less than 7 days notice lose the deposit as we have already locked in staff and/or purchased materials.

By booking one of our services you consent to having your photos taken by us and possibly used on Social media and stored by us in an online cloud. Hunks4hire will not share any of these photos or any personal information with any other 3rd party. If you do not wish to have your photos shared on social media please let your teacher/model know at the party.

Quotations are valid for a period of 60 days, Hunks4hire reserves the right to adjust prices after this period.

Product Sales Terms

These Standard Sales Terms outline the terms and conditions governing the sale of Hens Party Supplies by Hunks4hire. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Product Orders:
- All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased.
- The placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
- Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order but serves as acknowledgment that we have received it.
Pricing and Payment:
- All prices for Hens Party Supplies are listed in the currency specified on our website and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is required at the time of placing the order and is accepted by Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
- All payments are securely processed by Stripe
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees will be added to the total order value and will be clearly communicated before you make the payment.
Shipping and Delivery:
- We strive to dispatch most orders received before 1pm AEST on the same day, and orders placed after 1pm AEST on the next business day. In some circumstances, Hens party products purchased from our website may be dispatched within 2 business days and sent via Australia post standard delivery. Transit times can be found on the Australia post website.
- Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
- The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you upon shipment. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information to avoid any delivery issues.
Returns and Exchanges:
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe for assistance.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to a change of mind or if they have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
- Any return or exchange requests are subject to our review and approval. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet our criteria.
Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, associated with our Hens Party Supplies remain the property of Hunks4hire.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability:
- Hunks4hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our Hens Party Supplies.
- Our total liability, regardless of the circumstances, is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Standard Sales Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Queensland State Government where Hunks4hire is based. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
